A short, honest-ish hall of fame

Compiled by Delbert Wicks from programs, napkins, and one painting the mayor's cousin would not let us throw out. Years that exist only on a napkin are omitted, out of respect for the napkin. This year's winner is not on the list. This year's winner has not happened. Piddles is missing, and the ring is on hold.
